Orders

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Placing an order is as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is to browse the site for magazines that suit your interest, consider the value offers we have on them and chose by pressing the ‘add to cart’ button. You can then continue shopping or check out for making payments vide the widest range of payment options provided for your convenience. You can even pay using iMint points. Of course, you will need to register prior to making he payment so that we have your correct contact and address details for deliveries to made efficiently…at your doorstep.


Q. How can I request a refund?

A. Please contact us by email or phone to request a refund for all undelivered issues within 90 days of having placed the order with us. There will however, be a 10% service charge (of order value) to meet the overhead costs of processing your request, as a neutralization of the time and effort we have put in to manage your subscription and to bring to you various value added services.

Gifts/ Gift cards are non-refundable. The cost of shipped gifts will also be adjusted in the refund to meet the procurement cost incurred by us to source, warehouse and ship the gifts to you. These costs will be lower than the market value of the gift.

Please provide us with a maximum period of 60 days to make the refund to you.


Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A. To view the status of orders you have placed, sign in to your Account. If an order is labeled "completed" you will know that your order has been processed. If you do not see a clear status, please call us at 0124-4994999 or write to us at contact@magazinemall.in


Q. I have received several issues but would like to switch my order to another magazine.

A.Please contact us by email or phone, and we will try to replace your existing subscription with another selection, that you may prefer.

Delivery

Q. Do you deliver outside of India?

A.Yes, we do- anywhere in the world!


Q. How long will it take to receive my first issue?

A. We place your order with respective publishers for a dedicated subscription plan for you. Typically, publishers take 4-6 weeks to activate the subscriptions. If you have subscribed for Premium service, we shall have the 1st issue delivered to you within 7 days of your order (subject to the current issue being published, as we do not ship older issues). Based on your preferred delivery mode, the publisher or we will supply your copies smoothly thereafter. The first issue of International publications will be shipped to you in less than 6 weeks of your order.

If there are any gifts that come with your subscription plan, it is important to note that typically gifts are sent by publishers in the 3rd latest 4th month of your subscription activation.


Q. How do I change my mailing address?

A. As a registered user, you can do so by visiting your ‘my order’ section and updating the delivery address to any other place within India. You will subsequently receive a confirmation from us within 48 hours of your request. Changing the address to an international address will however not be possible.


Q. How do you deliver in India?

A. In India, you will have the choice of 2 kinds of shipping:

1. Standard Shipping: Activated for delivery by publishers, using regular post within 4-6 weeks of your order. No shipping charges apply.
2. Premium Shipping: Activated for delivery by us within 1 week of your order, by air courier. Chargeable at Rs.20/issue within India.

While ordering, please choose the delivery model as it suits you best.

Gifting

Q. How do I place a gift order?

A. You are welcome to do so. Once you have chosen the subscription package which you intend to share as a gift, all you need to then do is to enter the Giftee’s contact details and address during the checking out process.

Renewals

Q. Can I renew my subscription through your service?

A.Of course! We will send your reminders in advance to the expiry of your existing subscription. The reminders will explain the process to enable renewals and the offers we will have in store for you. Should you prefer, we can also call you and take you through the various options you have.

A. Please visit the B2B section on the site and register for the service, providing the details of your requirement. You will hear from us within 48 hours with the goal of understanding your needs better. These actions will enable us to offer you the best possible plans.


Q. How can I place a bulk order on your site?

A. You can make purchases in bulk on the site. If you would prefer to contact us, please do so by calling or writing to us using the ‘contact us’ section. We will then work out a plan that meets your needs. You also have the option of registering with us as a Corporate, if so be the case. This can be done through the B2B section. We will call you within 48 hours of you having registered with us.
