RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from MagazineMall.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon dispatch.
PRICING
The listed price of products on our site does not include applicable taxes and shipping.
We also intend to inform that as product prices are primarily determined by the
valued publishers, whose products you ultimately purchase, we try to bring forth
to you in addition, a whole lot of value added services such as incentive programs,
subscription management services, efficient ordering and payment mechanisms, renewal
management services, assured delivery, newsletter and other customer support services
etc. We also incur costs in offering these services so as to help you save valuable
time and effort, which can better be spent reading the precious content in publications
that you purchase from us. We are therefore requesting you to consider buying your
favorite magazines from us and experience these excellent services. Once you subscribe
with us you can rest assured that all your needs will be our responsibilities to
fulfill. So whether it’s an issue that is missing, or an address change or a request
for a past issue, or the replacement of a damaged or tampered with issue – we are
there for you and just a phone call or mail or ‘chat’ away. In turn, this will help
us offer you our services to the best of our ability. Should you decide to cancel
the order you have placed with us (please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy),
the premium referred to will be certainly refunded back to you.
International shipping rates will apply for addresses located outside of India.
In India, you will have the choice of 2 kinds of shipping:
- Domestic Standard: Consignments are sent to you by Indian post. This service is
free
- Domestic Premium: Consignments are sent to you by air courier. This service attracts
a subsidy/charge of Rs. 20/ for every issue during the tenure of your subscription.
While ordering, please choose the delivery model as it suits you best.
Gifts, as offered by the publishers or MagazineMall.in, shall only be applicable
for residents in India. These (Gifts) are typically shipped by publishers during
the 3rd or latest the 4th month of your subscription activation.
The total amount payable by you therefore may exceed the product list price, as
may be applicable….we would like to be transparent with you on all our policies
upfront.
PRIVACY
The Privacy norms we follow are mentioned on the site. We will stand by these in
your support.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

amicably through negotiation and mediation. Failure to settle disputes amicably
will be dealt by appropriate Courts of law at New Delhi.
