Q1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is to browse
the site for magazines that suit your interest, consider the value offers we have
on them and chose by pressing the “add to cart” button.
You can then continue shopping or check out for making payments using the CitiRewards
payment button when you arrive at the payments section. Of course, you will need
to register prior to making he payment so that we have your correct contact and
address details for deliveries to made efficiently at your doorstep.
Q2. How can I request a refund?
Please contact us by email (contact@magazinemall.in)
or phone (0124-4994999) to request a refund for all undelivered
issues within 90 days of having placed the order with us. There will however, be
a 10% service charge (of order value) to meet the overhead costs of processing your
request, as a neutralization of the time and effort we have put in to manage your
subscription and to bring to you various value added services.
Gifts/ Gift cards are non-refundable. The cost of shipped gifts will also be adjusted
in the refund to meet the procurement cost incurred by us to source, warehouse and
ship the gifts to you. These costs will be lower than the market value of the gift.
Please provide us with a maximum period of 60 days to make the refund to you.
Q3. How do I check the status of my order?
To view the status of orders you have placed, sign in to your Account. If an order
is labeled “completed” you will know that your order has been processed.
